I haven't watched the whole movie yet, but as far as I could see using the 2GB Divx rip, it definitely is correct.
The text comes from an official transcript of the theatrical international release. However, it is very litteral text which would benefit from some cleaning up and removal of some "noise" (like repetitions, exclamations, etc.) to make it easier to read at places.
Also, the timing and line breaks would need fixing at places. Some titles are too long for the duration, so they would need to be left longer, or broken up. Some could also benefit from slight start time adjustments.
The text being the producer's transcript used by distributors to order translations and localized subtitles, it definitely seems "correct" to me, and a good starting point for further improvement.
I got the Brooklyns.Finest.2010.DVDSCR.H264-CRYS version, which is 709 MB.
The subtitles work fine but sometimes they show up a little before or a little after they're talking. Anyway they're fine and work well.
