Good job man thanks for this subtitle, the big thing is its a farsi sub, perfect :)

Edit:

when i opened the sub i cant see the farsi letter, instead of them i see "ÊÑÌãå æ ÒíÑ äæíÓ ÊæÓØ å˜Ñ åÇí ÈÇåæÔ" (its first line of ur subtitle)

please tell me how to convert them or email me on "Cpu1100@yahoo.com", i have win XP farsi enabled

I checked the subs and they are in Farsi. Have you downloaded DirectVobSub ? It displays special characters including Arabic/Farsi.

open this file with "NOTEPAD"  and go to"FILE > SAVE AS"  in opened windows on "Encoding" tab select "ANSI"  and click "SAVE" .

thanks to you two for help

i done the HRA way, no progress

i'll try the foofoohightech's way

thanks anyway HRA, happy time (by the way if you have another way please share that ;) )

Edit:

ok i tested the second way, same result :(

anyway again thanks so much guys and Good luck with sub business ;) its first time i got this issue i watched another films with farsi sub, just from another sites i dont know whats wrong with this

Hi,

Have a look at this link. http://subscene.com/forums/t/20268.aspx. The same principle can be applied to Farsi/Arabic characters.

Here are illustrations of how to go about it :

Hope it works this time :)

ok at last it works, :)

thanks so much for that

(some more info)

i saw that the post use WMP and DirectVobSub and changed the script of the font, it works but usualy i use JetAudio so i tried to convert them to something like UTF8 so i can see farsi chars on Notepad and ofc JetAudio, i discovered this solution:

install VobSub and with that a new software appear along with some others, name "SubResync" u can use it and change the script to arabic(i maked it abbreviate), then use Save as.. button to save it remeber to check the Unicode CheckBox and done.

now u can see farsi chars even in notepad when u opened it

sorry for long speech, i just want to help guys maybe have same prob like me

regards.

I am glad it finally worked :) Thanks for the information, I am sure many people will find it useful.

Cheers :)
