i  have some trouble with the subtitle. My pc can write an show arabic, but the problem is with te subtitles, instead of the arabic alphabet i get some strange characters

 I have windows xp

for example:

00:00:02,640 --> 00:00:03,400
ÌÇß)¿)

!(ÌÇß)

 

Can someone help?

These don't work when you view NotePad and often come as ASCII characters. What you have is UNICODE (UNICODE is an universal character set that sets to meet out every language while ASCII was to be for English and symbols) so this may be the reason why it comes like this.

Remember that ASCII uses 128 characters and the UNICODE uses the 1st 128 characters so if you probably got it over UNICODE, you may see it as Arabic!
