Hi, i got a zip file 20 KB, inside it a subtitle for Numb3rs Seaon 1 Episode 1. Arabic subtitle, but I cant upload it, each time it says error and no error code or any thing, just error,It has been logged for debugging. and contact us.

The file is clear and only contain SRT file, I'v tried to upload the Srt file, but still cant do it.

btw, I'v just created my account here, could this be the prolblem somehow?

hello and welcome to the site. are you sure you have input all the necessary info, such as hearing impaired yes or no, the language, and so on?

if you have, and you still get an error trying to upload the subtitles, please send them to me by mail, so i can check them.

the fgact you've just registered has nothing to do with errors.
