p.s. what did u use to convert sub/idx (big subtitle file) to srt (small subtitle file ) ?

i've tried that....works for small size sub (200 kb ish ) to srt (200 kb ish) only..

i wanna convert dvd ripped sub/idx ( 5 - 10 MB ish ) to srt (200 kb ish)..

It does work with idx/sub. In fact, it is one of the best tools for converting idx/sub to text subtitles (.srt, .sub etc.)

Personally, I stay away from the beta versions, because they cause problems sometimes.

I use subrip 1.17.1 which is awesome.
