Final version. Synced, edited, improved, italicised, formatted, spell-checked......by rogard.

Can be used for HDTV and 720p release. I decided to make 2 versions, the normal one is without the hardcoded parts. Enjoy.

Just use one of the subtitles, preferably the one without the "hardcoded". :-)

(Changed to 1CD as it was misleading...)
