In the Save dialog, you should see subrip (which is .srt). If not, click on "Show all formats".
Make sure you have the correct text encoding. Before you save, look at the main window where it probably says "ANSI". There are 3 pulldown menus, the middle one is for the transalted file. I guess you should choose "Arabic". (STW cannot hanlde unicode.) Don't close STW before you checked how the result turned out (by opening the saved .srt in a text editor or even better: play it with the movie. This way, you can revert your changes if they were wrong.
