At least give us the exact name of the video release you have got. That would give the next peerson a useful piece of information.

Please only complain if the name of the subtitle and the name of the video are the same, and yet it doesn't fit.

Please don't rate these "unsynchronized" subtitles bad either.

Guess I was overzealous to help fellow movie watchers in getting the 'correct' srt. But ignorant me. Ya  didn't know about the release thing. So may be this file of urs is in synchrony with some other release. Ok I'm deleting the bad.

don't get me wrong. It's great that you make a comment for other users, but we still don't know to what film release it doesn't fit. As I said that would be useful. It's like saying "these shoes are bad, they are too small". This only makes sense if we know the size of your feet and the size of the shoes.

Just give us the name of the video release (or the DVD source, like European PAL DVD etc.)

Even better: you upload a synched subtitle for your video... :-) Maybe you just have to shift it forward or backward a little bit. Easy to do with subtitle editors. Have a look here.

I have d/l ed this Gaupol you recommended.

Should be fine now.

And the release is some XVID-FB.

Anyway i think as long as you can sync, releases shouldn't be a worry.
