xena: warrior princess out of sync

I downloaded Xena: Warrior Princess from sharethefiles.com and then downloaded the subtitles from tvsubtitles.net and a set from here (subscene).
The problem is that the words are not in sync with the show.
It only seems to be season one that is not in sync.
Is there any way I can get some subtitles that are in sync with the show?

Can anyone help/

Hmm, firstly make sure you have the correct release. HDTV/PDTV and DVDRip have 2 different runtimes. Once you are sure that you have the correct release, you can use this tutorial to help you out:
