&lt;p&gt;but that is just me &lt;/p&gt;

did you mean to find out the fps of a subtitle posted here

in that case you can find it on [more info] tab of that subtitle

if you mean to find out the fps of any subtitle 

you can use softwares like subtitleworkshop
