Hindi Language and IST Timezone

Hello,

please inclue Hindi language in upload subtitles and also please include IST time zone of +5:30 in sign up process.

Hi mate, thanks for suggesting an improvement to Subscene. We have added the Hindi language.

Unfortunately we can't add a half timezone atm. but will advocate for it in future upgrades.
