Sometimes problems occur if you use any kind of download accelerator or download manager. If you do, disable it for a while and try again.
What internet browser are you using? Have you tried a different browser?
Does it happen with all subtitles or only a few? Can you give us an example?
Have you installed new software, and after you did that it stopped working?
