i am not a real guru in here , but two months ago i watched "Zeitgeist the movie" and i liked it so much that  i decided to translate it to my native language arabic,so i posted  it here and when i searched i found "American zeitgeist" ,so i posted it under it,but i realised afterwards that it is not the same movie so i  reuploaded it again and  delete it the misplaced subtitle and added the real movie name to the Subscene Database

is this normal,i mean i spent 3 days on a row ,perfecting this translation

 Hi scavenger,

 I checked the other subtitles. I deleted one since they were identical. The other I left there, because it is synced to another release (ca. 4 secs earlier)  and added a comment that it's based on your work.

Our rules say that it is okay if you take other persons subtitles and resync them, as long as you leave the translator's credits intact. This seems to be the case here. We would like people to add a comment saying whose subtitle they took and made changes to, but ...sometimes it's almost impossible to keep track, since subtitles are downloaded from and to other sites as well. 

To make it obvious and known that you did all the work, you should add a comment like "translated by scavenger" to your subtitle(s).
