Comanche Moon

I got the subs from here and they are the 1st I have found that seem to work properly but I still have a problem?

The download of the title I have is in 3 parts the subs are in 2 parts? I can see parts 1+2 are in one of the parts but using convertxtodvd the title parts go on seperately and I can find no way of seperating parts one and 2 of the sub file as windows does not recognise it?

I tried usingthe same folder on part 1 and 2 but the subs only work on part 1?

Any help on this would be appreciated, bear in mind I am no computer expert so an overly technical explanation is likely to confuse?  LOL

BTW its the Indian speaking subs rather than the full subs that I am using!

Try these, they have 3 parts, but I think it's all speech including English.

Cheers.

Thanks I will try them but really I only want the indian parts as they are only a small percentage of the title :-(

I know the ones there are ok if I could split the subs of part 1 and 2!

Thanks for your help as I say Ill give it a try

what release do you have? (file names)

Comanche.Moon.Part.1.DVDRip.XviD-MACRO

Comanche.Moon.Part.2.DVDRip.XviD-MACRO

Comanche.Moon.Part.3.DVDRip.XviD-MACRO

These are the titles of the files I have.

I'm afraid you'll need to split and adjust the subtitle with tools like subtitle workshop or submagic.

It's not too hard, but it'll take a few minutes.

I can do the rough part for you if you tell me how long (hh:mm:ss) the first part is.

But you'll will have to adjust the subtitle a bit anyway to make it fit properly.

Much appreciated, I have been trying to get these right for weeks :-(

The 1st part is 1:36:04 long with the 1st sub at 0:04:30

The second part is 1:32:29 with the 1st subs at 0:30:42, I think did it on fast forward trying not to see it LOL.

I have the orginal subs that came with the download, in 3 parts, too they are just woefully out of sync, I have tried a few different progs to resync but I just cant seem to work it out. The tools of my trade are not a computer so sometimes this stuff is confusing.

Try these:

If it doesn't fit, please google and download "submagic" which is freeware and quite easy to use.

Good luck.

(When you managed to adjust those subtitles, please upload them here again, so ther users can use them as well.)

Over & out. :-)

Great thanks.

Ill let you know how it goes ad no probs I will upload if I can get them right :-)

Well I have sorted them out, I think, LOL.

I have uploaded the adjusted subs just hope I have done it all ok, thanks for the help, that submagic program makes life fairly easy thank god :-)

 Nice. :-)
