thanks for reply , i'm sure when some one choose PAL - WITH 23.976 , that refears to the divx copy was riped from a PAL DVD , that what i think .
but any way when the uploader mention ...

why some memberes does not mentione the framerate of their subtitles ?
it is very important to know the frame rate
i hope it becomes a compulsory field ..
