Taken from inescapabledoom's subs, I've fixed all language, context and English grammar. Enjoy! 

I took plsoft's subtitles and fixed them a bit, the Engrish translation is still the same. Only thing I did was correct the numbers for the last few entries of the second file. By the way, delaying the audio by about 300ms will synch the sound effects and gets the dubbed Mandarin pretty close as well. Virtualdub is your friend!
