Combined English and Japanese parts for the 1.31GB single-file rip of the extended cut and corrected some mistakes in the transcript. Thanks to tosem for uploading the combined 2CD version 8 years ago, which I could now use to extract the Japanese parts for reuse in another version of the single-file subtitles. 

FIXED long lines, refined the layout, added commas & punctuation when needed, improved on anything I could. With respect & thanks to the guy(s) who worked on this subtitle prior to me. FPS is 23.976 and duration is 1.43.03. If you have a different 23.976 you can easily re-sync the whole thing by using the "Ctrl+Shift+H" or "Ctrl+Shift+N" functions of "Subtitle Workshop" (v2.51 recommended).
